Return and Refund Policy

1. Return and Refund Window

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Health and personal care products that have been opened or used.
  • Cosmetics with tampered or broken seals.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food).
  • Downloadable software, digital products, and gift cards.
  • Intimate items, sanitary goods, or products marked as “final sale.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  1. We will notify you via email that the return has been received.
  2. You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to appear).
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times vary.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, contact us at Contact Us
 and mail the item to:
address stated on the package.


8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will refund the gift giver directly.


9. Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

For more expensive items, we recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
